If you have not been fully satisfied with your life, decide today that your future does not have to equal the past! The past is over and each moment provides an opportunity for a new beginning.

Take time to go within and listen to the promptings of your heart. What is it that you want to do, as opposed to feel you SHOULD do in the various areas of your life? The “shoulds” typically create resistance within, which blocks the flow of good in our lives.

When you formulate your goals, focus on the outcomes that are most compelling for you. For example, if creating more wealth is a goal, how will greater financial abundance change your life in a positive and meaningful way? Who could you help, where could you travel to that you currently cannot? The more compelling your WHYS for the goals that you set, the more you will be motivated to carry on when the going becomes challenging. Make your goals as specific as possible, measurable and with a time frame. Write them down. Write them over and over every day for at least 21 days.

In an intentional way consciously focus on what you want, not what you don’t want. We manifest much of our reality by what we choose to focus on repetitively. Consistency of focus is essential in the transformation of a thought, belief or behavior or on the path to manifesting a goal.

Step into the FEELING of joy and gratitude for having already accomplished your goal in advance of accomplishing it. Allow yourself to FEEL that feeling for 17 seconds while you visualize how your life will be different. This helps to reprogram your brain and create new neural connections that support the changes that you are seeking to manifest in your life. Ninety-five percent of what we create in our lives is based upon subconscious programming, much of which no longer serves us. As we change our brain, we change our life.

We are all connected and thus energetically effected by the people with whom we spend the most time. Surround yourself with people who will support and encourage you. Find or create your Tribe.

Learn and utilize the Aroma Freedom Technique* on a regular basis to clear any blocks that you may have to achieving the life of your dreams. Stand in your power pose for 2 minutes twice a day and affirm your intention as you breathe in a therapeutic grade essential oil.

Of course, some action is required. Determine what steps you need to take now to move you self in the direction of your desired outcome! You will get there, one step at a time, one moment at a time. Celebrate your accomplishments along the way.

Last but certainly not least, have faith that there is a Higher Power at work and that you are not alone. The Universe will send all manner of support and assistance to you once you become laser focused on that which you desire. Trust that the most benevolent outcome will flow into your life for your highest and best good in Divine right order and timing.
